Ansals Drop Mall Project In Gurgaon

City-based Ansal Properties & Industries group has shelved its plan to build a shopping mall at Gurgaon because of an over-supply of shopping space in the area. Instead, the company will now build a shopping mall-cum-commercial complex, Orchard Square, within the Sushant Lok area in Gurgaon, which will be spread over an area of 2.76 acres. The project cost is estimated at Rs 55 crore.
