Bajaj Auto, Raliance Gain

The Instanex Skindia DR Index (ISDI), which tracks 15 actively-traded Indian companies, gained around 1 per cent to 502.65 on Thursday, as compared to the previous close at 5:00 PM IST.

Among Indian GDRs, there were three gainers and one loser, while three others remained unchanged.

The gainers were Bajaj Auto (up 2.88 per cent to $10.70), Reliance (up 0.97 per cent to $12.47) and Hindalco (up 0.35 per cent to $14.50). L&T (down 0.55 per cent to $9) was the sole loser.

On Wednesday, there were five gainers and two losers, while one scrip remained unchanged. The ISDI rose further by 0.72 per cent to 500.25 on May 28, as against its previous close of 496.67, an Instanex Capital release said here. The ISDI P/E ratio also moved up by 0.89 per cent to 10.47, as against 10.38 previously.

 

Among Indian ADRs and GDRs, there were 10 gainers and eight losers, while 54 others ruled steady. The ADRs of Wipro, Satyam Computers and Infosys Tech firmed up to $19.25, $8.15 and $42.50 respectively, as against $18.50, $7.85 and $41.39 previously.
