CVC finally acquires 12.55% Lupin stake

 The Citigroup arm has entered into a share purchase agreement with Gupta and associates to acquire the stake, Lupin said in a statement on Sunday.

 Lupin has also signed a investment agreement, granting CVC international minority rights customary in similar private equity transactions and will be effective upon satisfaction of the conditions in share purchase agreement.
