Mold Tek rises on US firm acquisition

Shares of Mold Tek Technologies increased 2.94 per cent to close the day at Rs 26.25, after the company signed a pact to acquire assets and business of RMM Global, Ohio, USA and its associate Company, TechNet Engineering Services, Mumbai for $700,000. RMM Global and TechNet provide structural steel detailing services to US-based clients. The stock made an intraday high of Rs 29.45 and a low of Rs 24.2 with trading volumes of 4,917 shares. The scrip made a 52-week high of Rs 124.5 (February 18, 2008) and a low of Rs 23.65 (February 04, 2009).
