Receding War Clouds Soften Oil Prices

With the war clouds over Iraq receding, oil prices have started softening, providing much-needed relief to developing economies like India.

Though petroleum ministry officials have not started celebrating yet, they were certainly looking forward to a further easing of international crude prices.
