Sensex pares gains, up 15pts

The Sensex is now up 15 points at 13,648.

Satyam has surged 3.5% to Rs 465. ITC has soared over 3% to Rs 171.

Tata Steel and Gujarat Ambuja have moved up around 2.5% each to Rs 471 and Rs 126, respectively.

Grasim, Dr.Reddy's and ACC have advanced around 2% each to Rs 2,320, Rs 696 and Rs 934, respectively.

Reliance Communications has shed 2.5% to Rs 422. HDFC has dropped 1.8% to Rs 1,576, and Reliance has slipped 1.6% to Rs 1,391.

Out of 2,384 stocks traded so far, 1,288 have advanced, 1,042 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
