Sensex up 13pts; breadth slightly +ve

The Sensex is now up 13 points at 14,415.

Tata Steel, Hero Honda and Reliance have advanced over 1% each to Rs 449, Rs 726 and Rs 1,433.

ITC, Gujarat Ambuja and Ranbaxy are the other major gainers.

ONGC has slipped nearly 2% to Rs 888. Maruti and Reliance Communications have slipped over 1% each to Rs 904 and Rs 458, respectively.

Grasim, Cipla and ACC are the prominent losers.

The market breadth is slightly negative - out of 2,093 stocks traded, 1,116 have declined, 913 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
