Steel prices steady in thin trade

There was not much activity in the local steel and iron market today as prices moved in a narrow range on lack of worthwhile buying activity and settled around previous levels.  

Market analysts said adequate stocks against lack of worthwhile activity, mainly kept steel prices unaltered.
