Retired IAS officer G. S. Sandhu, who is the main accused in a Rs. 100 crore land deal case, has been sent to judicial custody till May 25.
This took place after Sandhu, who had been absconding since his retirement on September 30 last year, surrendered before the ACB court.
The ACB had earlier issued a look out notice for Sandhu after he failed to respond to the summons issued against him.
He is accused of allocating a stretch of land to a real estate company by violating norms.
According to reports, another senior Rajasthan administration official Onkarmal Saini is also missing in this case.
