Miley Cyrus' 'underpants' outfit at Milwaukee gig was due to time-crunch

Miley Cyrus' recent striped and glittery bra-and-bikini set outfit in Milwaukee caught quite the eye, but it turns out it was only a mistake.

Where the fans thought that Cyrus had sportingly debuted a new outfit, the 23-year-old star confessed on Twitter that it wasn't on purpose and she just didn't have time to put on her pants, reports People magazine.

Though this was an honest-mistake, it isn't the first time that Cyrus had dazzled the audience with her outfits.
