A day after several Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislators proposed forming government in Delhi with the help of Congress support, BJP leader Dr. Harsh Vardhan on Sunday called the move unethical.

"If AAP is thinking of forming Government in Delhi with rejected Congress, don't think there can be anything more unethical than this," said Harsh Vardhan.

"I cant think of anything more unethical than this. They are allying with Congress for the sake of power. This will prove as the last nail in their coffin," he added.

According to media reports, some MLAs of the Aam Aadmi Party have mooted the proposal for the party to again explore forming the government with the support from either BJP or Congress.

At a meeting of its top leaders, including Arvind Kejriwal, about 20 AAP legislators, are reported to have conveyed to the leadership that the party should make a fresh attempt at forming the government in Delhi.

AAP had won 28 seats in its debut Assembly elections in December last year and later formed the government with outside support from Congress.

The government led by Kejriwal resigned after the party's Janlokpal Bill could not be passed due to opposition from BJP and Congress.
