AAVAS Financiers allots 1.33 lakh equity shares under ESOP

AAVAS Financiers has allotted 1,33,811 equity shares under ESOP. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs. 78,16,83,510 consisting of 7,81,68,351 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 78,30,21,620 consisting of 7,83,02,162 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
