Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail has allotted 22,510 equity shares under ESOS.

Consequent to the allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 7,73,63,43,140 (77,36,34,314 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 7,73,65,68,240 (77,36,56,824 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each).
