Axis Bank allots 63,725 equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 63,725 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 2 December 2019, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 563,89 ,78,606 (281,94,89,303 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 563,91,06,056 (281,95,53,028 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
