Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail allots 27,162 equity shares under ESOS

Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail has allotted 27,162 fully paid]up equity shares of Rs 10/] each under ESOS. The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing fully paid]up equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs819.55 crore.
