Alps Industries enters into settlement and general release agreement with Royal Bank of Scotland

Alps Industries announced that the Company has entered into a Settlement and General Release Agreement with Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) on 25 April 2016 for settlement of all disputed claims of ABN Amro Bank NV against certain disputed derivative transactions entered into with ABN Amro Bank NV which has been shown by company as contingent liability estimated at Rs. 308 crore approx. as on June 2010.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
