Bandhan Bank allots 8036 equity shares under ESOP

Bandhan Bank has allotted 8036 equity shares under ESOP on 08 April 2021. Post allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 1610,59,92,010 comprising of 161,05,99,201 equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid-up to Rs. 1610,60,72,370 comprising of 161,06,07,237 equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up.
