Announces Bindal Synthetics as its subsidiary

Blue Blends India has announced that Bindal Synthetics has become fully owned subsidiary company of the Company.

The Company has sold 52% equity holding of Blue Blends Equity. Consequently, Blue Blends Equity is no more a subsidiary company of the Company.
