Board of Adf Foods recommends dividend

Adf Foods announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ Rs 1.5 per share subject to approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
