Board of Birla Corporation approves issue of NCDs up to Rs 200 cr

At meeting held on 12 May 2021

The Board of Birla Corporation at its meeting held on 12 May 2021 has approved the issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating upto Rs. 200 crore on private placement basis in one or more tranches, within the overall borrowing limits of the Company, as approved by the members, from time to time, within a period of one year.
