Board of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals approves change in MD

At meeting held on 04 February 2021

The Board of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals at its meeting held on 04 February 2021 has appointed Gaurav Mathur as Managing Director of the Company for a period from 16 April 2021 to 05 January 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company. He will replace Anil Kapoor, Managing Director of the Company who retires upon completion of his tenure on 15 April 2021.
