The Board of DCW at its meeting held on 25 January 2021 has approved raising of funds by issue of convertible warrants through permissible modes subject to necessary shareholders/ regulatory approvals, as applicable up to Rs. 32 crore.The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital to Rs 70 crore divided into 35,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
