Board of Grasim Industries appoints directors

The Board of Grasim Industries at its meeting held on 24 May 2021 has approved the appointment of Adesh Kumar Gupta and V. Chandrasekaran as Additional Directors (Non-Executive and Independent Directors) of the Company, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
