Board of Indian Hume Pipe Company approves closure of Vadgaon factory

At meeting held on 28 October 2015

Indian Hume Pipe Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2015, has approved the closure of Company's Vadgaon factory at Pune with effect from 01 November 2015 subject to the necessary approvals, sanctions, permissions and NOCs from the concerned authorities and the State Government.
