Board of Jaiprakash Associates approves proposal to divest wind power plants

At meeting held on 30 September 2015

Jaiprakash Associates announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 September 2015, inter alia, have approved the proposal to divest Company's Wind Power Plants (WPP) in Maharashtra and Gujarat, having an aggregate capacity of 49 MW, on slump sale basis.
