The Board of Monte Carlo Fashions at its meeting held on 05 August 2021 has appointed D. Roshan Lal Behl (DIN: 06448747), as an Additional Director of the Company, designated as an Independent Director with effect from 05 August 2021. The Board also accepted the resignation of Paurush Roy (DIN: 030388347), Independent Director of the Company with an immediate effect.
