Nath Bio-Genes (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Omprakash Sharma has been appointed as Director of the Company.

2. Hitesh Purohit has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.
