At meeting held on 09 August 2016

Orient Abrasives announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 August 2016, inter alia, approved and took note of the following:

- The Registered Officer of the Company stands shifted from NCT of New Delhi to State of Gujarat, vide registration certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
