SRS Real Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 12 July 2018 has approved appointment of Vinita Mangla as Independent Director of the company. The Board has appointed Jogendra K Arora as Whole Time Director. The Board has also appointed Dheeraj Kumar as CFO of the company and Jyotsna Nanda as Company Secretary of the company.
