Board of Standard Shoe Sole & Mould India approves shifting of registered office

At meeting held on 30 January 2015

Standard Shoe Sole & Mould India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2015, inter alia, has approved the shifting of registered office of the Company within the local limits of the city i.e. from 4/1B, Radhanath Chouhury Road, Kolkata - 700 015 to 95 Park 2nd Floor Kolkata - 700 016.
