Board of Raaj Medisafe India accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 30 January 2015

Raaj Medisafe India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2015, has taken a note of the letter dated 16 January 16, 2015 (Received on 20 January 2015) received from Beni Gopal Lahoti resigning from the Board of Directors of the Company.

In view of the above, Beni Gopal Lahoti, is ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 20 January 2015.
