Board of Tirupati Starch & Chemicals approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 30 January 2015

Tirupati Starch & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2015, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following:

1. Ramdas Goyal has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 (Three) Years with immediate effect.

2. Prakash Bafna, Mr. Yogesh Kumar Agrawal and Mr. Ramesh Chandra Goyal, Directors of the Company has been appointed as Whole Time Directors for a period of 3 (Three) years with immediate effect.

3. Amit Modi, Additional Director of the Company as Whole Time Director for a period of 3 (Three) Years with immediate effect.
