Board of Sudarshan Chemical Industries approves transfer of agro formulations brand business

At meeting held on 27 June 2018

The Board of Directors of Sudarshan Chemical Industries in its meeting held on 27 June 2018 have in principle approved the transfer of the Agro Formulation Brand Business for a fixed consideration of Rs.7 crore and a variable component in terms of Royalty payable on sales . The modalities are being worked out.
