Pursuant to Stock Split

Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Co. has announced that consequent to the sub-division of equity shares of Rs.10/- each into 5 equity shares of face value of Rs.2/- each fully paid-up, the final dividend if declared by the shareholders at the 41st AGM would be paid at the rate of 20% i.e. Re.0.40 per share of Rs.2/- each.
