Dhunseri Investments acquires 50.01% of Dhunseri Petrochem

Dhunseri Petrochem announced that Dhunseri Investments has acquired 3,50,000 equity shares of the Company. With this acquisition, Dhunseri Investments now holds 1,75,15,000 equity shares of the Company aggregating to 50.01% of the paid up share capital of the Company. Consequently, the Company is now a subsidiary of Dhunseri Investments.
