Fortis Healthcare has completed the transaction related with acquisition of equities and other securities, in the relevant Indian entities under RHT Health Trust. Consequently International Hospital, Fortis Health Management, Escorts Heart and Super Speciality Hospital, Hospitalia Eastern and Fortis Hospotel have become wholly-owned subsidiaries (direct/indirect) of the Company.
