Fulford (India) announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 30 September 2014

Fulford (India) announced that Sachin Gaikwad has resigned from the position of Company Secretary of the Company. His last day of working with the Company was 30 September 2014.

Consequently, Sachin Gaikwad has also ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 30 September 2014.
