GE T&D India to sell its undertaking at Naini, Allahabad for Rs 25 cr
GE T&D India has executed an agreement to sell its undertaking at Naini, Allahabad to Shirdi Sai Electricals consisting of its rights in the leased land, identified movable and immovable properties for a consideration of Rs 25 crore. The transaction is expected to close around 15 February 2020.
