Godrej Properties allots 56,829 equity shares under ESGS

Godrej Properties has allotted 56,829 Equity Shares of Rs.5 per Equity Share to the option grantees in terms of the GPL ESGS. Consequently, with effect from 22 June 2020, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,26,04,03,700 consisting of 25,20,80,740 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
