With effect from 15 November 2014
Goenka Diamond & Jewels announced as under:i. An Independent Director of the Company namely Naresh Manchanda has resigned from the Company w.e.f. 15 November 2014.
ii. The Company has obtained the approval for the extension of time for holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for adoption of accounts for financial year ended 31 March 2014. Accordingly, the Company will be holding its AGM on or before 30 December 2014.
