IndoStar Capital Finance allots 1.35 lakh equity shares under ESOP

IndoStar Capital Finance has allotted 1,35,000 equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of 1,35,000 stock options under IndoStar ESOP Plan 2016-II.

The paid-up equity share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs 1,23,25,03,290/- to Rs 1,23,38,53,290/-.
