Information Technology shares rise

Information Technology stocks were trading with gains, with the S&P BSE IT Sector index rising 108.07 points or 0.71% at 15348.48 at 09:47 IST.

Among the components of the S&P BSE IT Sector index, CESC Ventures Ltd (up 3.22%), 63 Moons Technologies Ltd (up 2.41%),Cyient Ltd (up 2.27%),Mastek Ltd (up 1.6%),TVS Electronics Ltd (up 1.51%), were the top gainers. Among the other gainers were Subex Ltd (up 1.39%), Infosys Ltd (up 1.17%), HCL Infosystems Ltd (up 1.01%), Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd (up 0.97%), and Mindtree Ltd (up 0.75%).

On the other hand, Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd (down 5%), D-Link India Ltd (down 3.78%), and Accelya Solutions India Ltd (down 3.25%) moved lower.

 

At 09:47 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 144.76 or 0.38% at 38033.19.

The Nifty 50 index was down 43.05 points or 0.38% at 11270.25.

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was down 5.87 points or 0.05% at 12790.6.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was down 18.78 points or 0.43% at 4330.6.

On BSE,595 shares were trading in green, 707 were trading in red and 69 were unchanged.
