Jaiprakash Associates announces appointment of nominee director

With effect from 10 June 2015

Jaiprakash Associates announced that IDBI Bank has conveyed appointment of Madhav Vasant Phadke as its Nominee Director on the Board of the Company. The Bank has also informed that 10 June 2015 may be treated as the effective date of his appointment.
