Kansai Nerolac Paints announces change in directorate

With effect from 22 July 2014

Kansai Nerolac Paints announced the following change in directorate :

Hitoshi Nishibayashi, a nominee of promoter company, Kansai Paint Co., Japan, has resigned from the Board of Directors with effect from 22 July 2014.

Hidenori Furukawa, a nominee of promoter company, Kansai Paint Co., Japan, has joined the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 22 July 2014.

Brinda Somaya has joined the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 22 July 2014. Somaya will be an Independent Director.
