Kohinoor Foods will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2015, for declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2015 and to decide the date, time and place of 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 and to fix the date of book closure for the aforesaid Annual General Meeting along with other items of Agenda.
