Appointed Safal Hasmukhbhai Patel [DIN-08107710] under the category of Non-Executive, Independent Director of the company with an immediate effect.

Appointed Dhaval Pravinhai Patel [DIN-07770039] under the category of Non-Executive, Independent Director of the company with an immediate effect.

Appointed Jorubha Kanubha Gohel [DIN-08085004] under the category of Non-Executive, Independent Director of the company with an immediate effect.

Appointed Ketan Nalikant Shah [DIN-0013411] as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) also, under the category of the Key Managerial Personnel of the company with an immediate effect.

 

Considered and approved the resignation of Sandip Rajnikant Shah [DIN-00912721] from the directorship and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company with effect from 31 March 2018.

Appointed Jimit Ketan Shah as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) under the category of the Key Managerial Personnel of the company with an immediate effect.
