Outcome of board meeting of Kailash Auto Finance

Kailash Auto Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 October 2015, has:

1. Accepted and approved the resignation of Probir Kumar from Executive Director and Directorship of the Company with effect from 16 October 2015.

2. Accepted and approved the resignation of Vidisha Gehani as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 16 October 2015.

3. The Company has opened a Corporate Office at Office No. 214, Sterling Chamber, Mogra Village Road, Opp. Old Nagardas Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400069.
