Pincon Spirit announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 February 2015, has discussed the following matter:

- On the matter of Merger of Gomukh Commercial (GCPL) with the Company which is pending for approval before the Securities and Exchange Board of India has to withdraw as decided by the Board.
