Pooja Entertainment & Films announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 April 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following;

1. Appointment of Vaishali Rathod as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.

2. Appointment of M/s B. K. Pradhan & Associates, Company Secretaries as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial year ended 31 March 2015.
