Outcome of board meeting of Sphere Global Services

Held on 16 October 2015

Sphere Global Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 October 2015, has transacted the following:

1. The Board considered the request for re-classification of the promoters and also for convening the EGM to obtain consent of members for such reclassification.

2. The Board took a note of resignation of Sai Ramakrishna Srivastav Sadasivuni, Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 07 October 2015.
